The design of this charger caught my eye for its ability to fold flat. That and it came with a plug and its own cord, unlike some others. It really grabs onto your phone with the magnet, so that is why sometimes I'm not sure why it doesn't charge my phone overnight. I have found that I have not had a problem if first I place my phone on the charger and then place my watch, in that order. If in the morning the phone isn't charged and I put it back on the charger it will go relatively fast though. Also I haven't used the airpod charger so I can't speak about that. The blue charging light is a little too bright for me at night, but placing the watch band to overlap it cuts it down considerably. It has been great for traveling as well, folds down very small and no dangly bits to get broken off.

I've used it for almost a week on my bed stand and it's proven to be one of the best chargers I've owned. An iPhone 12 in the leather Apple branded case charges as rapidly as on any other MagSafe charger. The iPhone, an Apple Watch 6, and AirPods Pro 2 all charge fully overnight. When each Apple device is placed on the charger, one of three blue LEDs lights up, and when all three devices are charging, there are three blue LEDs. The great news here is that, unlike so many other chargers, the brightness of the LEDs is not so much as to keep me awake. And the lights are pointed upward, so I don't even see them.

Unlike so many other charger devices on the market, you do not need to insert an Apple branded Watch charging cable into the device. The VERSA charger comes with all of the wireless hardware already installed.
